Pro:
The Ken transformation was suspensful

Cons:
No sound effects
Street fighter characters cannot teleport
The fight was slow and repetitive
Needs better effects

Overall:
Tackles these issues in your next collab, cause for a collab, the amount of effort put into here was little. Haven't you see Black Devil X flash animations. You could learn from him. =O)

That does not suit them. All in all a good flash. However; why did they all have tails?

This flash does have potential, maybe you need to use a few ideas from other similar flashes to better this flash. It has potential, don't give up.

TBH, at first when I read the title I thought that this was going to be so crap. However the sprite animation was really smooth I liked it. This has potential. I await part two.
